UbiSight at NextSpace 2026: conversations that strengthen our MTC approach

On 1 and 2 October, UbiSight attended NextSpace 2026, the international symposium organised by Way4Space at La Cité du Vin in Bordeaux. This edition focused on the changing landscape of space defence, as protecting space capabilities and maintaining the services they provide become increasingly important.

The programme brought together institutional, industrial, research and operational perspectives on space surveillance, resilience and innovation in orbit.

Beyond the conference sessions, conversations with space-sector professionals strengthened our confidence in the value of our MTC approach: extracting more information from satellite imagery to support concrete analysis needs on the ground.

MTC — Multi Temporal Coherence — compares Sentinel-1 radar acquisitions from two dates to highlight changes and possible signs of activity. Its purpose is to help analysts identify what needs closer examination, put the evidence into context and inform their assessment of the situation.

Thank you to Way4Space for bringing these communities together, and to everyone we met for the quality of the discussions. We look forward to continuing these conversations, exploring use cases and developing new collaborations around MTC.
